Kristen Grindley, a graduate of the University of Washington, was found truly injured by an observer on Pullman-Albion Road on November 11, 2009. Richard Pasma, her ex, was named an individual of interest when the evidence prompted him. Examiners suspect that Grindley was thrown from the truck Pasma was driving. Grindley, who suffered disastrous injuries in the accident, can now walk and talk and is recovering.

1) Investigators think Grindley was forced out of the vehicle or dropped out. According to experts, Grindley was either pushed out of her ex Pasma’s vehicle or got out of it unintentionally the night before she was found oblivious. A bystander tracked her body the next day on Pullman-Albion Road and mistook it for a deer. She was barely dressed and barely adhering to life.
2) She suffered serious injuries, including a skull fracture. Grindley traveled to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane for therapy. She was bestowed with a cracked skull, a destroyed shoulder, a messed up leg, and a destroyed nose, as well as different scratches and injuries.
3) Richard Pasma was sentenced to nine months in prison. Ricard Pasma was sentenced to nine months in prison after refusing to give in. The named official who sentenced him to prison said he was given the most notable prison term possible and that anything less would be a “blow even with Ms. Grindley”. Pasma has no criminal record.
4) Grindley said that Pasma treated him badly. Grindley struggled to get into Pasma’s vehicle after recovering memories of that lethal night. Either way, she had no idea how she had given up. The investigators assert that Pasma should have advised clinical experts after the occasion. Strangely, she also said that she had been a survivor of aggressive behavior at home while living with him.
5) Pasma’s management ensured that Grindley was blamed for his own accident. Pasma’s attorney, Tim Esser, claimed that Grindley was intoxicated when she got out of the vehicle. In short, he composed,
“The guard asserts that Kristen Grindley is solely responsible for her injuries; that in a fanatical, crushed second, she snuck into the back of Pasma’s truck and somehow or other figured out how to fall – without her realizing it.”
Esser also featured a transcribed message from Grindley, in which she said she needed to “fix” her relationship with her sweetheart by eliminating drinking.
