Kristine Johnson is an American journalist who is currently co-anchoring on WCBS-TV in New York at 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm since joining the station in November 2006. Johnson attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska. In addition, she graduated with a BA in Journalism and majoring in Political Science, History and English.
After graduating, she began her career as a reporter and anchor at WPRI in Providence, Rhode Island. She later joined NBC in 2005 as an anchor for the station’s Early Today and First Look on MSNBC. She was also one of the alternating news anchors on NBC’s Weekend Today.
