Kyrie Andrew Irving is an American professional basketball player who plays point guard for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He wears the number 11 jersey.
He played for the Cavaliers from 2011 to 2017. His inspiration was his father who was also a basketball player. Having such a supportive father, Irving was very active in sports during his high school days.
Both at Montclair Kimberley Academy and St. Patrick High School, he was a very brilliant player. This made him selected as the first overall pick in the 2011 NBA drafts.
