Lauren Jiggetts is an American journalist who currently works as an anchor and reporter for the WGN Morning News. Jiggetts has co-anchored the WGN Morning News on the 4 and 5 am news since July 10, 2017.
Lauren is a graduate of Stevenson College in Lincolnshire. She also graduated cum laude in Harvard University. While still at school, Lauren interned for WFLD-TV and CLTV.
Prior to joining WGN-TV, Jiggetts spent 10 years working on NBC 5 in Chicago in various roles, most recently as a weekend news anchor. Furthermore, she has worked on Channel One News in LA and CW affiliate WLVI in Boston.
