Lauren Phinney is an American journalist who serves as the anchor of Good Morning San Diego on KUSI-TV in San Diego, California. Initially, she served as a news anchor on the WWSB.
Phinney comes to KUSI from the Tampa, Florida market where she anchored the WWSB nightly news in Sarasota. While there, Lauren reported on clinical findings and did extensive coverage of the Gulf of Mexico oil slick as well as the 2012 presidential policy decision.
