Lee Rosbach is an American superyacht captain, TV personality and author, famous for starring in the show Below Deck. Born and raised in rural Michigan, he discovered his untapped love of water while running restaurants in Turks & Caicos. It was then that an escort invited him to be mate on a sailboat.
At age 35, he obtained his captain’s license and left the restaurant business to pursue his newfound passion. Since then, he has commanded over a dozen superyachts. Popularly known as the “Sea Horse”, he values the special bonus he forms on deck and always puts the safety of everyone on board above all else.
In the 2022 season of Below Deck, Lee is excited to return to the Caribbean with his old friend, Bosin Eddie Lucas, as he adjusts to the many new personalities, including his chief stewardess. As an author, he wrote a book called “Running Against Tide: True Tales the Stud of the Sea. The book was published on September 18, 2018.
