Lindsay Buckingham is an American journalist who is currently a special projects reporter at WKYC Studios in Cleveland. She specializes in uplifting, inspiring and hopeful stories. A native of Rocky River, Ohio, she attended Rocky River High School. She later attended and graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in journalism.
After graduating, she interned at WBBM-TV, working closely with award-winning investigative journalists Dave Savini and Pam Zekman for over a year. She later joined FOX8 in Cleveland in 2007. While here, she covered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, NBA Finals games, MLB Playoffs games, the Republican National Convention and various community and city events.
After several years of service with FOX8, she left for a role at 3News. Buckingham joined 3News in May 2018. She is currently the station’s special projects reporter, specializing in inspirational, inspirational and hopeful stories.
