Lott was born and raised in the suburbs of San Diego, California. She grew up with a passion for acting from a very young age. Lott would often line up her stuffed animals and toys as an audience alongside her twin brother as she introduced them. She was given the opportunity to work as an actress and performer behind the scenes at the age of thirteen. However, her mother insisted that she should finish her studies first.
