Megan Henderson biography
Megan Henderson is an American journalist who currently works as a weekday morning news anchor for KTLA News from 4:00 am to 7:00 am in Los Angeles. She’s excited to be a part of the show she grew up watching. Henderson joined the KTLA team in March 2019.
Prior to joining KTLA, Henderson was the host of the #1 morning show Good Day at Fox affiliate KDFW in Dallas and Fox’s Good Day Utah at KSTU in Salt Lake City. Furthermore, she also hosted several episodes of Fox News Channel’s Fox & Friends Weekend in 2008.
For his education, Henderson went to Arizoat State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. Henderson began his broadcasting career in Wichita Falls, Texas, doing everything from reporting, anchoring, editing and producing.
From there, she went to Salt Lake City, where she reported on and starred in Fox’s “Good Day Utah” show. She later moved to Dallas to host Fox’s top rated morning show Good Day on KDFW-TV. Henderson has also traveled to New York on several occasions to host “Fox and Friends Weekend” on Fox News Channel.
In her career, she has made supporting various philanthropic causes a priority. Additionally, she is actively involved with UNICEF USA, Watts Youth Empowerment Center and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, walking her dog Baxter, and sleeping.
