Megan Thompson is an American journalist who currently works as a reporter and anchor at ABC15 Arizona. Most notably, she’s happy to be reporting in the communities she grew up in.
A native of the Vale, Megan graduated as a Sun Demon by the Arizona State Universitywhere he received his bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Furthermore, she holds a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
During her time on campus, Megan reported on and anchored the award-winning Cronkite News, broadcast on PBS Arizona. After more than two years on the show, she was nationally recognized for her work. After graduating, she spent a year in southern Arizona on ABC15’s sister station KGUN9. When not working, she loves spending time with her family.
