She joined the station in 2013 after completing a five-year tenure working as a multimedia journalist for KPTM News based in Omaha, Nebraska. McRoberts even worked for WVUA News as an intern. His most popular reporting on WPTV News includes coverage of presidential debates, breaking news, natural disasters and the Iowa Caucus.
McRoberts was born and raised in the small suburbs of Marietta, Georgia. She grew up as a very introverted girl who always had a passion for reporting from a very young age. McRoberts completed high school in his hometown.
