Micah Smith is an American journalist who currently works as an anchor and reporter at Denver 7 (KMGH-TV), Denver, Colorado, since December 2018. Previously, she worked as a morning anchor and reporter for WBTV News in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Micah went to Hazelwood West High School and graduated with a high school diploma in journalism. She then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism in 2013. Smith was the University’s Journalism Ambassador and a member of the Legion of Black Colleagues. She was also a member of Mizzou’s Student Athletic Council.
Smith served as a morning reporter and digital reporter/journalist for WJHL News Channel 11, Johnson City, Tennessee Area.
