Biography of Michael Brownlee
Michael Brownlee is an American journalist who currently co-anchores the 11:00 and 16:00 news on NBC 4 News in Los Angeles. In 2011, he became the station’s roaster.

He also received a Golden Mike Award for Outstanding Sports Reporting and was a member of the news team that won a Los Angeles region Emmy for Outstanding Daytime News for NBC 4 News at 4pm in 2020.
Brownlee is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from San Diego State University. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
