Normani (born Normani Kordei Hamilton) is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. She is best known as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, which debuted on the second season of The X Factor US in 2012 reaching number three.
Before joining the group, Ms. Hamilton had reached the Miss Texas finals. In 2017, the star was a finalist for the 24th season of Dancing with the Stars. However, the group broke up in 2018 to pursue a solo career. His first single was the 2018 duet “Love Lies” with Khalid, a hit that peaked at number 9 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Normani Fifth Harmony
On the second season of The USA X Factor in 2012, she auditioned for Aretha Franklin’s “Chain of Fools”. Miss Normani got all four yes of the judges’ approval, advancing to the next round. In the second round of boot camp, she was eliminated, and this marked the end of her participation in the X Factor as a solo artist.
However, the star was later brought back to the show by Simon Cowell, the founder and judge of X-Factor. He then put her in a group with four other girls namely; Ally Brooke, Lauren Jauregui, Dinah Jane and Camila Cabello, who later formed the group Fifth Harmony.
In the group, they managed to reach the final and finished in third place. In October 2013, the group released their debut EP Better Together and in 2015 they released their debut album Reflection. On August 25, 2017, Fifth Harmony released their self-titled album, their first as a quartet after Camila Cabello left the group. On March 19, 2018, the group announced their decision to disband indefinitely to pursue a solo career.
