Phil Schwarz is a renowned American meteorologist who currently works for the ABC 7 news channel of Chicago’s No. 1 television station since 1995. Schwartz forecasts the weather on weekends at 5 pm and 10 pm and also fills in on weekdays.
When not covering the weather, Phil reports environmental and weather-related stories. He is one of the ABC 7 meteorologists who holds the Emmy Award for his outstanding coverage of severe weather.
Schwartz is a proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he majored in Meteorology. In addition, it has the American Meteorological Society seal of approval as well as the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal.
