Joanna Marie “Pinky” Pagaspas Webb is a Filipino journalist currently working for CNN Philippines. She was born on June 11, 1970. She is the sister of Jason and Hubert Webb and the daughter of Freddie Webb.
Pinky was the inaugural news anchor for ANC Primetime News (1999–2004) and Dateline Philippines (2004–2014) and host of Umagang Kay Ganda, XXX: Exklusibong, Explosibong, Exposé (2008 to end of show) and TV Patrol Weekend during his time at ABS-CBN.
On weekdays alongside Ted Failon on DZMM, Pinky was radio co-anchor of Radyo Patrol Balita Alas Kwatro and radio commentary show Tambalang Failon on Webb. Webb resigned from ABS-CBN on May 9, 2015, according to The Philippine Star.
Inside 2016Webb has joined CNN Philippines. In a tweet, the network confirmed its move. Furthermore, on April 4, 2016, she debuted on CNN Philippines as the company’s first Filipino language news anchor, Balitaan.
