Samantha Bryant is an American journalist who currently works as a multimedia journalist at WPLG Local 10 Miami since joining the station in February 2018. Additionally, Bryant was a runner at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro from July 2016 to August 2016. She participated as an NBC runner.
Born and raised in Dade, she attended the New World School of Arts from 2010 to 2014. She later graduated from the University of South Florida in 2018 with a major in Political Science and Mass Communication with a concentration in Broadcast News.
She is currently a writing intern at WPLG Local 10 Miami, Florida. She reports short, edited live news from the midday, 4, 5, and 6 pm news. Furthermore, she joined the network in February 2018 and was an intern for three years before becoming an official reporter.
She also co-manages the newsroom reviewing and planning future news. In addition, she has her own website, where she highlights videos of her work at WPLG Local 10.
