Additionally, in 2014, Ban was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize, architecture’s highest honor, for his innovative use of materials and dedication to humanitarian efforts around the world. Furthermore, his notable works include the Pompidou-Metz Center in France, the Cardboard Cathedral in Christchurch, New Zealand, and the Aspen Museum of Art in Colorado, USA.
