Emwah Warmington, better known as Skillibeng, is a Jamaican singer and rapper. He is famous for collaborating with popular artists like Vybez Kartel, DJ Khaled, Sean Paul, Nicki Minaj, Wizkid, Rich the Kid, and French Montana, among others.
Emwah was born and raised in Saint Thomas Parish, Jamaica. He started singing early, still in high school, before making his professional career official. Skillibeng made his debut single “Pain & Emotion” in 2015. That same year, he released his second single called ‘Skilli She Loves’. The following year he released Bruk Up Party which was a very successful hit.
One of his biggest breakouts was in 2019 when he released the song “Brick Pan Brick” which was a huge hit being recognized in Jamaica. Warmington has gained a huge following on her Instagram account. His music content has earned him over 750,000 followers on the platform.
Furthermore, he released his debut extended play of 9 tracks “Prodigy”. In January 2020, Warmington released their 35-track debut studio album, The Prodigy, the album debuted on the US Current Reggae Albums Chart and peaked at number 16. Other albums include Ladies Only Edition (2021), Crocodile Teeth (2021), Mr. Universe (2022) and Eastside (2023). Additionally, Skillibeng has appeared in advertisements such as The Face and ID magazine. Furthermore, he is the winner of the Best Caribbean Music Artist award at the 2022 Mobo Awards.
