Susanna Reid is an award-winning English journalist and television presenter. Reid is popular for co-hosting the BBC Breakfast show from 2003 to 2014 and the ITV morning show Good Morning Britain which has been on the air since 2014. She was born and raised in Croydon, London, England.

she went to Croham Hurst School, Croydon High School and St Paul’s Girls’ School in London to study. After graduating from high school, Reid entered the University of Bristol and studied politics, philosophy and law. During her time there, Susanna worked as an editor for the student newspaper, Epigram. In 1991, the newspaper was selected as Best Student Newspaper in The Guardian/NUS student journalism awards. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Cardiff School of Journalism.

Susanna has also received some awards like Best TV Host and Celebrity Personality of the Year at the National Reality TV Awards multiple times. Furthermore, she has appeared in television series such as Loose Women, Lorraine, and Celebrity Juice. As an actress, she has worked as a voice actress in the animated comedy adventure film Trolls in 2016, and in 2018 a guest appearance on the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks.
