Tamsen Fadal is an American journalist, 12-time Emmy winner and WPIX news anchor in New York. Fadal is also the author of The New Single: Finding, Fixing, and Falling in Love With Yourself. She is host and executive producer of Broadway Profiles.
Fadal attended and graduated from University of South Florida in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
Fadal began his broadcasting career as a morning anchor for WHNZ Radio in Tampa, Florida. She traveled to Afghanistan with US troops, reporting on the war in 2002. Tamsen has also reported for WPGH-TV in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, WFTV in Orlando, Florida, WOWK-TV in Charleston, West Virginia, and KYW-TV in Philadelphia.
In 2004, Fadal joined WCBS in New York and joined WPIX on March 24, 2008. She reported and anchored the Morning News five days a week, covering breaking news as well as feature stories.
