Meatball didn’t plan on dealing with Billy Eichner. In perhaps the most shocking depiction of The Bachelorette’s “Men Tell All” episode, Eichner provided Meatball with a marinara sauce holder, a return to the nominee’s smart second earlier this season, and Meatball went back and forth, covered himself. in the sauce, and face the comedian.
“I was going for a hug, and a little while later, I think I slipped, and he caught me,” Meatball, whose real name is James Clarke, told ET after the event. “I was especially disturbed by this. We hugged after that. It was nice. He was feeling a debt of gratitude. He got a kick as a result.”
About where he lives with Eichner, who was available to boost his upcoming movie, Bros, Meatball joked, “We’re brothers.”
“I never imagined that I would spill meatball sauce on me again, but no one can really determine what will happen,” he joked. “This is the Singles Nation here.”
The rest of the cast were also shocked by the event, perhaps none more so than Jesse Palmer.
“I have PTSD as you talk about it… These are minutes for me that I just can’t unsee,” Jesse told ET. “The way Meatball, A, trusts that it’s reliable to spray himself in marinara sauce, but until then, B, dealing with Billy Eichner, a VIP, on set, asked for in marinara sauce, those are questions I’m probably going to ask. never track the answers to.”
Not at all like the show’s host, his ladies drivers were not surprised by the presentation.
“I’m not so amazed that Meatball did this,” said Rachel Recchia. “I truly believe that all this season, people have been able to see the fun side of Meatball, the serious side of Meatball. He is essentially an especially inconceivable person. I wasn’t expecting the tackle, but I was around for it.”
