Timothy Michael Kaine, also known as Tim Kaine, is a popular American politician who has held various political offices in America, including the 38th Lieutenant Governor and the 70th Lieutenant Governor.

Kaine was born on February 26, 1958, the oldest of three children of Albert Alexander Kaine Jr., a welder, and his wife Kathleen (née Burns) in St. Paul, the most populous city in Minnesota.
A Christian by religion, Kaine grew up in the city of Kansas, where his parents moved when he was just two years old, and received his basic education there. He attended Rockhurst High School, a private Catholic Jesuit school for all boys, the preparatory school where he gained his first leadership experience and served as president of the school’s student body before graduating in 1976.
In 1979, he was admitted to the University of Missouri for his B.A. in Economics, which he completed in three years, and then moved to Harvard Law School to earn a certificate as an attorney – a career he always aspired to at a young age.
