Biography of Todd Davis
Todd Davis is an athlete, surfer and HGTV Design Star Season 2 Runner-up who owns his design business. He served as a presenter for Room Crashers on HGTV, where he worked from March 2011 to October 2013. Additionally, Davis owns Epic Spaces, which he launched in March 2002, with locations and operations primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Todd attended FottHill Highschool from 1986 to 1990. He holds a degree in landscape architecture from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic University. He describes himself as hyper-creative, dynamic, intelligent and very opinionated.
Davis is not shy about expressing his opinions. He admits that some of his adventurous design styles reflect his risk-taking personality. He further claims that he can build anything out of wire and lint in a timely manner.

He wrote two books at the same time, Handy Dad, the first of which became a bestseller for San Francisco-based Chronicle Books.
Davis has lived in Fort Mason, General Head Quarters 2, the second oldest home in San Francisco, for over nine years, immersing himself in the city’s rich and dynamic culture. He has lived near Fisherman’s Wharf for over a decade, in a newly renovated historic loft that previously belonged to the world-famous Ghirahdelli chocolate family.
Davis has appeared in several major commercials and videos, including the Warner Bros. blockbuster Godzilla. He led the team of elite military paratroopers from the back of a C130 Cargo plane to the San Francisco halo jump, of all places!
