Tom Ellis Biography
Tom Ellis is a Welsh actor known for playing the role of Lucifer Morningstar in the Netflix fantasy series Lucifer (2016) and Crisis on Infinite Earths. His other notable roles include the Hollywood Doctor in the series Rush, Mark Etches in the supernatural drama The Fades and Gary Preston in the TV show Miranda.
Ellis went to Sheffield High Storrs School, he also played the French horn instrument in the City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra. Later, Tom went to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Studies.
His debut was in the BBC One sitcom Miranda (2010-2015), where he played the role of Gary Preston. He also played King Cenred in the BBC fantasy series Merlin (2008) and many other films which we will list at the end of this article.
