Tricia Kean is an American journalist currently working as an anchor at KTNV Las Vegas. It features the 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm and 11:00 pm editions of the Action News station. For nearly 17 years, she has been a weekday anchor and longtime advocate for clients in Southern Nevada.
Additionally, she runs the popular Contact 13 Consumer Unit, which is the largest consumer unit in Southern Nevada. Every weeknight she can be seen anchoring on Channel 13 Action News and can also be seen bringing the latest consumer headlines in her Contact 13 segments.
Talking about her education, she graduated from Arizona State University. After graduating, she moved to Las Vegas, where she was a general reporter in her hometown at KCAL-TV. She went on to anchor the national evening news program for CBS News’ “Up to the Minute”. Additionally, she has worked as an anchor and reporter at WXIA-TV in Atlanta, Georgia and WSPA-TV in Spartanburg.
She is known for landing exclusive interviews with some of the most influential people in the world. Tricia has received numerous awards during her career.
