Wesley Ruff is an American sports journalist/anchor who has currently worked at ABC 4 News since 1985. Previously, he worked at KFYR-TV, Bismarck, North Dakota.
He attended Springville High School and Westside Elementary School. He later received a scholarship from the Utah Golf Association and an academic scholarship from the Southern Utah State College in Cedar City. He also attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism.
However, Ruff has won several awards for his professionalism. He was voted 5 times by his peers as Utah Sportscaster of the Year i.e. 1998, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008.
