Alla Bout is the wife of Russia’s scandalous arms dealer Viktor Bout. Viktor Bout was pegged to Alla before rising to the forefront as Russia’s most notable arms dealer.
They met sometime before a government court handed Viktor a 25-year prison term and before he acquired a reputation as the “Death Seller”. and “Buster Approvals”.
He is a former Soviet military business visionary and mediator. He allegedly used his various air transport companies to pirate weapons from Eastern Europe to Africa and the Middle East during the 1990s and mid-2000s after the fall of the Soviet Union.

Despite the fact that they actually lived, respectively, for a short time before Viktor was captured in 2008, they didn’t isolate themselves and went on with their lives to find each other one day.
