Will McCormack Biography
Will McCormack is an American actor, executive producer, screenwriter and film director. He is best known for his short film If Anything Happens I Love You (2020), which won him the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
McCormack is also known for Celeste & Jesse Forever (2012), American Outlaws (2001) and Toy Story 4 (2019). He is a proud graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
Will’s major television roles include Jason La Penna in The Sopranos (1999–2001). Lately, he played the role of Leo Spiller, brother of main character Lucy Spiller (Courteney Cox), in the FX series Dirt. He also had a recurring role as an FBI agent on the television drama In Plain Sight, starring his older sister Mary.
In 1996, McCormack appeared on Broadway at the Criterion Center Stage Right as an ensemble member in a revival of Tennessee Williams’ drama Summer and Smoke (1948). This one was produced by The Roundabout Theater Company.
He has also appeared in two Off-Broadway theater productions, Chinese Friends and The Long Christmas Ride Home. On January 18, 2018, it was announced that Toy Story 4 would be written by Stephany Folsom, replacing original writers Rashida Jones and McCormack, who had withdrawn from the project in November 2017.
