Biography of CoCo Dominguez
CoCo Dominguez is an award-winning American journalist who currently works as a nightly entertainment reporter for The News Edge at 10 pm and as a traffic reporter at 5 pm for Fox 26 Houston. Dominguez started working for the station in 2017 as a traffic reporter before being promoted to cover the entertainment show the following year.
CoCo is a bilingual on-air talent whose love of music and entertainment has earned her a number of incredible television and radio presenter opportunities. She began her journalism career in 2000 on the midday shift of Univision’s House Party 100.7 in her hometown of Houston, Texas, and later co-hosted the morning show at Party 104.9 in Houston.
Dominguez later worked for three years at Univision’s “La Kalle”, a bilingual urban Latino station in San Francisco and San Jose, California, doing half a day. She subsequently returned to Houston and began working for CBS Radio’s KKHH HOT 95.7 in the afternoons, as well as CBS’s sister Spanish Pop Station KLOL Mega 101 on weekends.
