Adam Carroll Biography
Adam Carroll is an American meteorologist who currently works at ABC4 Utah since 2012. Iin November 2011, Carroll was appointed as a full-time Weather Producer who worked behind the scenes building our wonderfully creative weather graphics. He serves alongside Chief Meteorologist Dan Pope, predicting Utah’s most accurate weather.

Carroll participated in the University of Utah where he graduated in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Meteorology. However, in 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. Adam did an internship at KUTV2 News in Salt Lake City after graduation and was hired as a weather producer. In addition, he enrolled at Mississippi State University and completed his three-year correspondence with Meteorological Transmission.

Carroll spent much of his youth in central Massachusetts, but he also lived in Tampa, Florida, and Bolton Valley, Vermont, before moving to Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The unpredictability of New England winters made predictions even more interesting and challenging for Adam.
At age five, Adam decided he wanted to be a TV weatherman after watching The Weather Channel a few hours a day. During his years living in Florida, Adam fell even more in love with the weather after seeing two tornadoes barely missing your home and living Hurricane Andrew.
