Elizabeth Lail is an American actress who rose to fame for playing the role of Anna on ABC’s Once Upon a Time in 2014. She is also recognized for playing the lead role of Guinevere Beck in the first season of a Netflix thriller called You in 2018. Elizabeth further gained more popularity for playing the role of Jenny Banks in an NBC drama series called Ordinary Joe from 2021 to 2022. Her lead role in YOU even earned her a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress in 2019.
Lail was born in Williamson County Texas but grew up in Asheboro, North Carolina. She was a very quiet and shy little girl who participated in several talent shows and pageants. Lail attended and graduated from Asheboro High School in her hometown. She did very well and went to college.
