Dave Fraser is an American meteorologist, currently the lead meteorologist for the Pinpoint Weather team at Fox31 and Colorado’s Own Channel 2. Fraser has been forecasting for over 17 years. Additionally, Dave was honored as the Best Weathercaster by the Colorado Broadcasters Association in 2017. He previously received the same honor, along with Emmy and Associated Press Award nominations.
Fraser received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA. He also studied meteorology in Mississippi State University. Dave also holds the NWA Seal of Approval.

Fraser is currently working as the Chief Meteorologist for the Pinpoint Weather team on Fox 31, as well as Colorado’s Own Channel 2. Over his 17 years of coverage, Dave has covered major Colorado weather events such as the blizzards of 2003, 2006, 2007, as well as the 2010 blizzard.
