Antonio Ballatore is a TV show host and architectural designer who became famous for hosting The Antonio Project HGTV series from 2010 to 2014. Due to his love for animals and interior design, he created the Animal Planet Animal Cribs series in 2017. Before becoming an architectural designer, he started out as a set designer for celebrity photographers in Los Angeles.
In 2009, he won the fourth season of HDTV’s Design Star reality contest. As he wanted to be a rock star at age 40, he spent most of his time learning to build houses while chasing his dream. He designed many clubs and restaurants in Manhattan. He later designed sets for world famous photographers such as David LaChapelle and Annie Leibovitz.
