Carolyn Arlene Peck is an American television sportscaster and former college basketball coach. Caroly is currently an analyst for ESPN and the SEC Network’s women’s college basketball coverage. Peck is most popular as the head coach and senior supervisor for the Orlando Marvel of the WNBA.

Carolyn was born and raised in Jefferson City, Tennessee. She attended school at Jefferson County High School in Dandridge, Tennessee, where she played basketball. After graduating from high school, Peck enrolled at Vanderbilt University, where she received a degree in communications in 1988. During her time there, she also continued to play basketball, averaging 10.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Carolyn also blocked 180 shots, breaking Vanderbilt’s women’s basketball career record.

Shortly after graduating from college, Carolyn got an offer to play professionally in Spain and work as a marketing consultant at a Nashville television station, as well as selling pharmaceuticals for a Fortune 500 company for two years.
