Demetrius Ivory is an American meteorologist who currently works as a weather anchor for WGN Midday News and WGN Evening News at 4pm. He joined the WGN Weather Center staff as a meteorologist in 2013. Prior to joining WGN-TV, Ivory was a meteorologist and weather reporter for Channel 4 Action News this morning at WTAE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Demetrius graduated Ohio State University with a degree in Atmospheric Science and a minor in computer science.
Immediately after graduation, Ivory began working at WYTV in Youngstown as a meteorologist. His next step saw him serve as a weather reporter at the WTAE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Furthermore, on the station, he worked alongside Micah Materre, Lauren Magiera and Lauren Jiggetts.
