Snowden claimed that they (the NSA) had been hacking into Chinese computers since 2009 and that he had been working for Booz Allen Hamilton to get his evidence and proof. However, on June 14, Edward Snowden was charged by the United States with espionage, and they began talks with the Hong Kong government to extradite him.
