Frank Billingsley is an American author and chief meteorologist currently working at KPRC-TV, Houston, Texas (February 1995). Prior to that, he worked at Ecology Communications Group, Inc. as a climate expert in ecology. He also worked at KTRK-TV in Houston and WLOX in Biloxi as a weather presenter.
Frank also wrote a book entitled; Swab and Found: An adopted man’s DNA journey to discover his family tree. Billingsley went to Washington and Lee University in 1978 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism in 1989. In 1987 he was at Mississippi State University in 1987, where he obtained a Certificate in Broadcast Meteorology (1989).
