Fred Barnes is an American political commentator who frequently appears on Bret Baier’s Special Report on Fox News Channel. Hand was previously the executive editor of the defunct news website The Weekly Standard, as well as the co-host of Fox News Channel’s The Beltway Boy with Mort Kondracke.
