Gideon Resnick is an American national political reporter who currently works at Crooked Media as a host of the station’s “What a Day” segment. Most notably, he joined the station in October 2019. Previously, Resnick was a staff reporter for the Daily Beast., covering politics and the Democrats, and left after a period of four years and seven months.
He is a proud graduate of Northwest University, where he graduated in 2015 with a BA in Journalism: Media and Integrated Marketing Communication. While still at university, he interned at the New York Observer and BuzzFeed as a political intern.
He later joined the Daily Beast in June 2014 as an editorial intern where he mainly focused on political stories. He also worked as a part-time crook and political reporter but left the network in October 2019. In addition, he was a contributing writer for VICE Media, LLC. Resnick joined Crooked Media as a full-time host of “What a Day” a segment of the station and has been working there ever since.
