Graham Elliot Bowles is a famous chef, known for owning Avenue, a restaurant that has already received the AAA Five Diamond Award. He began his career as a cook at the age of 17, when he attended the cooking school at Johnson & Wales University.
Inspired by one of Charlie Trotter’s cookbooks, Graham turned his attention to Chicago and the kitchen of world-famous chef Trotter, where he learned what it meant to work at the highest level of culinary professionalism.
In 2004, Elliot was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs” and, at age 27, became the youngest chef in the US to receive four stars from a major publication.
Elliot has been nominated for the James Beard Award three times. He also became the judge and presenter of Master Chef and Master Chef Junior from 2010 to 2016.
