Pastor Joseph Prince is the founder, evangelist and senior pastor of New Creation Church located in Singapore. He was one of the founders of the church in 1983.

On April 15, 2009, Deacon Matthew Kang, president of the church, responded to initial communication that his church was not a public charity and did not solicit public donations.
In October 2014, a list published by entertainment website richestlifestyle.com ranked Pastor Prince the 10th richest pastor in the world, with an estimated net worth of $6.4 million (£3.13 million).
However, the Church of the New Creation denied the report on the grounds that his actual net worth was “in the actual lower sense”. He added that his net worth is “personal in nature”.
