Bilo attended and graduated Penna State University with a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and International Business. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geosciences from Mississippi State University.
Most notably, she began her career as a meteorologist in college, where she worked for AccuWeather to manage college fees.
