Kelly Rule is an American journalist currently working at FOX29 since joining the station in December 2018. Prior to joining FOX29, she worked at FOX5 in Washington D.C.
Born in West Chester, PA, Kelly grew up watching FOX 29. After her education, she graduated from West Chester East High School. She also holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the College of Communications at Penn State University.
Most notably, her broadcasting career began as a reporter, fill-in producer and anchor for 47ABC in Salisbury, MD. Later, Rule got a job as a general reporter for News 3 in Norfolk, VA; then the CW affiliate in Washington, DC She also interned on FOX 29 in the summer of 2011 and set a goal to return to Philadelphia as soon as possible. Currently, she works as an anchor on FOX29.
