Kimberly Godwin is a renowned American television executive. Godwin was named president of ABC News in April 2021, making her the first black woman and the first black person to oversee a major news network.
Kimberly oversees editorial and business operations for broadcast, digital, streaming and audio news across the organization, which includes trusted and iconic franchises “World News Tonight”, “Good Morning America”, FiveThirtyEight, “20/20” , “Nightline”, “A Vista” and “This Week”.
