Krista Fogelsong is an American journalist who currently works as an anchor at ABC7 since joining the station in 2014. Prior to joining the station, she worked as a morning anchor at NBC2.
Growing up in the small town of Baker, MT, Krista attended and graduated from a high school in Spearfish, South Dakota. Most notably, she started in TV as a reporter at KMOT-NBC in Minot, North Dakota, where she also attended Minato State University and received her bachelor’s degree in broadcasting.
She also spent a few years at KNBN-NBC, Rapid City and South Dakota working as a main anchor on KEVN-FOX. After her tenure there, she moved to the Sunshine State and worked as a main anchor on FOX4 in Fort Myers for five years.
When she’s off duty, she’s somewhere volunteering for charity work. Furthermore, she loves animals and has been helping different Humane Societies as well as the Animal Refuge Center. She has also volunteered for the American Cancer Society and many other societies.
