Lauren Hall is an American reporter for Daybreak and Most Buffalo at WGRZ-TV in Buffalo, New York. She joined Pengula Sports and Entertainment’s Team 2 On Your Side in April 2019, where she served as a multimedia journalist for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and NHL’s Buffalo Sabers.
In this role, Hall hosted and produced video assets for the teams’ web, broadcast and digital platforms, which earned him two New York State Emmy nominations. She also spent five seasons as the game host for the Buffalo Sabers home games at the KeyBank Center.
Lauren is a summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science. A native of Williamsville, she is an active member of the West New York community, lending her support to many local organizations and nonprofits.
In college, Lauren worked as a PR intern at CNN, a PR intern at Travers Collins & Company, and a news intern at NewsChannel 9 WSYR-TV.
After graduation, she got her first job as a news producer at WIVB-TV. She later became the host of the station’s entertainment and lifestyle show, Winging It! Buffalo style. Subsequently, Hall joined the station’s morning news staff as a traffic anchor and reporter.
