Matthew James Morrison is an American actor, dancer and singer-songwriter born in Fort Ord National Monument, California, United States. Morrison is famous for appearing in various Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. This includes his role as Link Larkin in Hairspray on Broadway and also his appearance as Will Schuester on the Fox television show Glee (2009-2015).
Matt was signed to Adam Levine’s 222 Records and received a Tony Award nomination for his role as Fabrizio Nacarelli in the musical The Light in the Piazza. From March 2015 to January 2016, he took on the lead role of JM Barrie in the Broadway production of Finding Neverland.
Morrison became famous after he appeared on “Glee”. He fell in love with stage performances from a young age and enrolled in Orange County High School of the Arts and many musical projects.
