The name “Bush” is popular, not only in the United States of America but all over the world because of the political power it exerts. In this political sphere, Jeb Bush has achieved fame and has risen to various offices, including the office of the 43rd President of the United States.
As the second-oldest son of the 41st President of the United States, George Herbert Walker Bush, and the younger brother of the country’s 43rd President, George Walker Bush, Jeb’s political life has received its fair share of media attention, which has been compounded by his failed attempt to occupy the White House in the U.S. presidential election of 2015.
However, his family life, particularly as regards his wife and children, are the things about him that have remained fairly hidden. Here is a look at his family members.
Who Is The Wife Of Jeb Bush?
The only thing that is probably more balanced than Jeb Bush’s political life is his family life, which he owes to his wife, Columba Bush, who is almost five decades old.
She was born in 1966 as Columba Garnica de Gallo in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, into the family of José María Garnica Rodríguez and Josefina Gallo Esquivel. When she was three years old, her father left the family, and so Columba was raised by her mother from that time on.

In 1970, when Jeb was a 17-year-old teenager teaching English, his path crossed with that of a shy 16-year-old student, Columba Garnica Gallo, who instantly fell in love with each other and, according to Bush, almost instantly changed everything about him; his life became more organized from then on.
The two dated for the next four years before finally deciding in 1974 to become man and wife. Their wedding ceremony took place on the campus of the University of Texas at the Catholic Student Center. Interestingly, Columba still could not speak English at that time, so the ceremony was held in Spanish.
The shocking thing about the couple is that for four years after dating his 5’5″ mistress, Jeb met his father only a few months before the wedding.
Not only have Jeb Bush and his wife remained close since their marriage, but Columba has always been very supportive of him, even though she is not very involved in politics. She is more involved in philanthropy and arts promotion.
Does He Have Children?
Along with his wife, Jeb not only has children but grandchildren as well. Two years after the duo married, they had their first child, George P. Bush, followed a year later by a daughter: Noelle Lucila. Jeb Bush Jr. was the last child to join the family in 1983.
Not surprisingly, George Prescott Bush is, among other things, a politician known to have held the position of Commissioner of the Texas General Land Office. More than that, he is a former naval officer and a corporate lawyer. All indications are that he has no plans to ease up on politics.
The younger Bush is married to Amanda L. Williams and together they are blessed with three children: John Williams Bush and Prescott Bush. George and Amanda met in law school.
Jeb’s daughter Noelle Bush, on the other hand, seemed to be the one who was slightly different from the others. In 2002, when her father was governor and her uncle was president, she came into contact with the law after she was arrested for falsifying a prescription after trying to buy the antianxiety drug Xanax from the pharmacy in Tallahassee. Later that year, she was sent to jail for violating a court order for drug treatment.

Noelle struggled with drug abuse for a while, but later she got over it. A graduate of Tallahassee Community College and then Florida State University, where she earned a degree in recreation and leisure, Noelle disappeared from the public radar and is now supposed to work in one of her father’s businesses.
Jeb Bush Jr. is also not too far from the family and their businesses. Jebby, as he is better known, is to work with Jeb Bush & Associates, LLC as managing partner and Bush Realty, LLC, as president.
All indications are that John Ellis Bush Jr (Jeb) also has a great political future ahead of him if he decides to follow the family traditions as well.
He married Sandra al-Gudady in 2010, and they are blessed with a daughter Georgia H.W. Bush in 2011 and then Vivian Alexandra Columba, born in 2014.
