Previously, Branton worked for WTVM News Leader 9 from September 2017 to January 2019 as Chief Correspondent for the East Alabama Office. He wrote, photographed, edited daily packages and performed daily live footage for WTVM/WXTX Columbus, GA, WSFA Montgomery, AL and Alabama Raycom Affiliates. On the same station, Parker reported news from January 2017 to September 2017.
